1. What Tikiti Core Is
Tikiti Core is an operational communication platform used by authorized teams to manage WhatsApp outreach, survey campaigns, respondent sessions, reply tracking, field app assignments, and administrative audit records.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how an organization configures Tikiti Core, the platform may process the following information:
- Organization and user account data, such as names, usernames, roles, workspace membership, and login activity.
- Workspace and permission data used to separate projects, users, roles, and operational records.
- Contact and respondent records, such as name, phone number, region, local government area, school or group, role, notes, and assignment information.
- WhatsApp message and event metadata, including phone identifiers, message status, delivery events, timestamps, channel type, and error or retry information.
- Survey, campaign, session, response, and data table records needed to operate questionnaires, monitor progress, and export results.
- Audit logs, security logs, synchronization logs, service health records, and extension agent heartbeat information.
3. WhatsApp Channels
Tikiti Core can support WhatsApp communication through the WhatsApp Cloud API and through a WhatsApp Web agent channel operated by an authorized user. These channels are used only for approved operational messaging, survey follow-up, delivery monitoring, and response processing configured by the organization.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process information to authenticate users, enforce roles and workspace boundaries, send approved communications, match replies to the correct respondent and session, synchronize field data, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot failures, support authorized administrators, and protect the system from misuse.
5. No Sale of Data
DataVision International LTD does not sell Tikiti Core customer data, respondent data, WhatsApp metadata, survey responses, or operational logs.
6. Authorized Access Only
Tikiti Core is intended for authorized organizational users. Access is controlled by account credentials, roles, workspace membership, audit logging, and operational permissions. Customers are responsible for granting access only to personnel who are allowed to view or manage their data.
7. Retention and Deletion
Data is retained for the period required by the customer organization, operational needs, legal requirements, backup integrity, and security monitoring. Authorized administrators may request deletion, correction, or export of data by contacting DataVision International LTD. Some logs or backups may be retained for a limited period for security, audit, or disaster recovery purposes.
8. Security Controls
Tikiti Core uses role-based access, workspace boundaries, audit logs, HTTPS endpoints, server firewalls, service monitoring, restricted production credentials, backup integrity checks, and controlled deployment procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security, but Tikiti Core is operated with practical safeguards designed for production service use.
9. Service Providers
Tikiti Core may rely on infrastructure and messaging providers such as hosting platforms, Cloudflare, Meta WhatsApp services, and related operational tools. These providers process data only as needed to deliver, secure, monitor, or troubleshoot the service.
10. Privacy Requests
